Refund policy

Returns:

At Gleamo, we hope you love every item you purchase. However, if you need to make a return, you’re welcome to do so within 15 days of receipt.

Condition of Returned Items:

All returned items must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if items are non-saleable.


Return Window:

If 15 days have expired, unfortunately, we are unable to accept your return.

To return your items, please use the cheapest available shipping option to avoid any extra cost to you. Allow 21 working days for the return to be received into our warehouse. We will then email you to notify you whether your return has been accepted and process your refund to your original payment method. Once you receive an email confirming your refund, please allow 5-10 working days for your refund to appear in your account.

We try hard to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. This does not affect your statutory rights. Please note that gift cards are non-returnable items.

Faulty Goods:

Goods are classified as faulty if they are not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, or as described. Items damaged as a result of normal wear and tear, accident, or misuse will not be considered faulty.

If your item is faulty when you receive it, please contact our Customer Care team at [hello@gleamo.com](mailto:hello@gleamo.com) within 7 days of receipt. Our team will advise you on the next steps. Please do not return any faulty goods unless advised by a member of our customer service team, as this may result in a slower resolution time.

Missing a Refund?

If you haven’t received your refund, please initially check your bank account and contact your card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at [gleamobusiness@gmail.com](mailto:gleamobusiness@gmail.com) and we will do our best to assist you.

Cancelled Goods:

Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the legal right to cancel the contract within seven working days of the date you receive the goods. To cancel, inform us in writing by sending an email to [gleamobusiness@gmail.com](mailto:gleamobusiness@gmail.com). You must also return the goods to us as soon as possible. We will then process your refund. However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us, so we suggest you obtain proof of postage in case your return gets lost.

You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation.

Personalized Products:

All of our personalized products at Gleamo are made-to-order, ensuring minimal stock, fewer returns, and reduced emissions from large warehouses. Because these products are crafted specifically for you, we generally do not accept returns.

However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 3 days of your delivery date. We will work with you to resolve any issues.
